How long will it take to lodge my Voluntary Bankruptcy paperwork?

If you have details of all your creditors, including those where you have a joint loan, and evidence of your present wage, value of any assets you own, bank accounts, investments and shares details etc. and are able to pay an up-front fee, your application could be completed and lodged within days and you could be bankrupt within 1-2 weeks!
