For WAGE EARNERS – where we process all the documents required for voluntary bankruptcy the cost is presently $450
For those who are or have been involved in a SMALL BUSINESS, including SUB-CONTRACTORS, the cost is $600
For those who are or have been a DIRECTOR of a Pty Ltd Company or Trust during the past 5 years, the cost is $900
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE:
1)If you and your partner have JOINT DEBTS and you both need to apply for voluntary bankruptcy, the second person is charged just 50% of the first person’s fee.
2)There is also a substantial discount if you’re UNEMPLOYED and are in receipt of a Centrelink payment.
PAYMENT PLAN:
If you have difficulty paying the fee up-front, you will be asked to pay your account in three equal payments:
- The first payment needs to be paid directly into our bank account using your Surname as a REFERENCE. After we verify payment, we begin processing your application from the information you have supplied.
- Your final payment must be paid before we send you all the completed documents ready for your signatures. They must all be posted (or hand delivered) to the Bankruptcy Trustee office within 14 days of signing and dating. We will give you the address when we email your completed application to you.
