If, after discussing your case you decide to proceed with an application for voluntary bankruptcy, the following fees apply:
WAGE EARNER: Personal Bankruptcy Fee: $450 each
with a 50% discount for the second applicant if debts are in both names.

BUSINESS OWNER: Small Business Operator & Sub-contractor
This service is for on-going businesses and those conducted within the past 5 years and also includes SUB-CONTRACTORS.
Fee: $600 for one application
with a 50% discount for the second applicant if debts are in both names.

PTY LTD COMPANIES: If you have been running a Company during the past 5 years
Fee: $900 for one application
with a 50% discount for the second applicant if debts are in both names.

JOINT DEBTS: Joint Bankruptcies
For clients who have JOINT debts
Fee: See above for first person’s fee
with a 50% discount for the second applicant.
