UP-FRONT PAYMENT: For those who pay their fee up-front, your application will be given high priority and, in most cases, will be completed within 24 hours.
PAYMENT PLAN: You may prefer to pay the fee in three equal payments.
- After your first payment is received, the first legal document is completed from the information you supply.
- After your second payment is received, the first document is sent to you to check that all the data is correct.
- After your final payment is received, all the completed documents are sent to you to check, sign and date. You then post (or hand deliver) all documents to the Bankruptcy Trustee office in your state. The address for your state will be supplied on completion of your documents.
PAYMENT PREFERENCES: You can elect to pay directly into my NAB bank account or via a Money Order sent through the post.
